Under the Northern Territory Inquiries Act, the Inquiry can request for witnesses and documents relative to the activities of the Inquiry. To assist the Inquiry process the Department of Primary Industry and Resources and Department of Environment and Natural Resources was requested to provide information to the Inquiry.
